Downtown insurance defense firm seeks reliable and dependable Accounts Payable Associate to cover a temporary maternity leave assignment.
Interviews will be conducted the week of January 1, 2018; start date will be mid-to-late January and duration of the assignment is a minimum of three months.
Primary duty is accounts payable; however, additional duties include performing conflicts checks, rebilling costs, and serving as back up to senior level accounting associate. Role requires 2+ years applicable experience and knowledge of general accounting procedures along with the ability to interface with all levels of personnel including firm’s Administrator, HR/Office Manager, Managing Partners and attorneys.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
