Front Desk Receptionist

Client in Northwest Houston with one of the best, most positive company cultures in town is in search of a professional, upbeat Front Desk Receptionist. Position is available due to promotion.
- Promptly answer all phones on multiple line phone system at a busy front desk.
- Take and retrieve messages for various office employees.
- Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
- Greet and announce guests/visitors.
- Call for courier pick-ups. Keep track of courier slips and submit to accounting for reconciliation to invoices.
- Call and place office supply orders for most of the office. Verify each order, and submit packing slips to accounting. Act as main contact for office supply vendors. Routinely monitor and compare pricing to other vendors to ensure the company is getting the best value.
