Client located in The Woodlands, Texas is in search of a Temp-to-Hire Receptionist/Junior Admin to provide front office administrative support.
Newly created junior level opportunity offers a beautiful new work space along with free parking and gym. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones; filing; copying; and serving as back-up for general admin work; typing correspondence; ordering office and kitchen supplies; maintaining kitchen; booking and scheduling conference rooms; and ordering lunches for meetings.
Hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Comprehensive benefits package available for fulltime employees.
