Small, privately held Northwest Houston manufacturing firm servicing commercial, residential and remodeling markets seeks an accurate and efficient Bilingual Spanish Bookkeeper. Duration of temp assignment is 6-months with the potential to be extended.
Role provides an array of accounting/bookkeeping functions, will maintain relations with banking/financial institutions, previous experience communicating with banks re: lines of credit, etc. required, as well as miscellaneous support as needed for operations. Ideal candidate will possess a quick and discerning intellect, be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment - must have a sense of urgency.
10 years full charge bookkeeping / small company operations experience; maintaining relationships with banks, and proficient user of QuickBooks. Any exposure/experience with Fishbowl software is a plus as it integrates with QuickBooks to offer inventory control, material requirements planning (MRP) and job shop floor control/manufacturing execution.
