Small, well-established, privately held real estate firm located in the Galleria area in search of a seasoned, experienced Bookkeeper. Position will also handle basic office management duties for this small office. Must have strong bookkeeping experience to include journal entries and partnership accounting.
Office management duties: answer phones, order supplies, maintain clean kitchen and refill refrigerator as needed, maintain monthly shredding schedule, pick up and sort mail, add postage to meter, filing, scanning, maintain conference room as needed, keep track of subscriptions and renewals
Work hours are in-office, M-F, 9am-4pm. A benefits plan is not offered; however, the client will fully reimburse employee for a private health insurance plan of his/her choice.
