Private equity backed start-up oil & gas firm in downtown Houston in search of Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support four executives (CIO, Director of HR, Controller, VP of Planning) and manage an office of fewer than 20 employees. Exciting opportunity with a wide variety of duties.
Responsibilities will include heavy calendaring, light domestic travel arranging for the Controller, expense reporting, ordering supplies, and general office management duties. As the company is in start-up mode, the ideal candidate will have a flexible attitude and comfort level with ambiguity, along with ability to figure things out, bring order, and streamline processes. The private equity firm will provide best in class support and assistance while the firm is being established.
