Downtown oil & gas company seeks Temp-to-Hire Career Receptionist / Front Office Administrator. Excellent opportunity to take ownership and work long-term serving as first impression of the company. Responsibilities include greeting and announcing all guests and visitors; answering, screening and routing incoming phone calls; maintaining conference rooms – assisting with preparing for meetings/luncheons; accepting incoming mail/packages; and assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested.
9/80 schedule with M-F office hours 8am-5:30pm
