Southwest Houston, TX, $19-20/hour
Receptionist position available due to promotion at a growing manufacturing firm in Southwest Houston.
- Answer all incoming calls, professionally directing calls to appropriate department/person
- Manage welcome video for visitors, visitor sign in/out, badge distribution, and coordinate with HSE for safety video
- Coordinate with HR Generalist for weekly list of absent employees
- Inform HR for any assistance required
- Work with Office Manager to maintain conference rooms and coffee break out areas
- Work with Executive Assistants if and when needed
- Provide lobby and front door ambiance management - water / small snacks for visitors, etc.
- Process POs data for 2 salesmen
- 1-2 years experience working in a corporate environment
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette required
- Basic MS Office skills required
