Finance & Insurance Sales Support Admin, temp-to-hire

North Houston company seeks results-oriented Finance & Insurance Sales Support Admin to assist with all tasks pertaining to the financing of equipment sales and rental services. Temp-to-Hire position is an addition to staff, reports to Finance Manager, includes heavy interface with sales/rental associates from over a dozen locations, customers and various lending institutions. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
- Provide all back-office support from processing credit applications and entering financial data to coordinating and securing options for financing.
- Prepare finance documents for signature, update and maintain files, analyze and prepare various lease and installment quotes.
- Manage highly detailed paperwork; follow processes and protocol; monitor and ensure the accuracy of all manufacturers and lenders finance programs to assist sales managers in providing the clearest financing alternatives available to customers.
- Daily communication with customers, managers, coordinators and other outside lending contacts
A good match is a deadline oriented professional with solid Excel skills; meticulous attention to detail; superior organizational and customer service skills able to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports, and legal documents, as well as work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous equipment, banking or insurance industry; an active license for property & casualty insurance; and/or thorough understanding of F&I
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 4-year degree preferred
