Great opportunity for junior level candidate! Temp-to-Hire Receptionist needed for small family-oriented Heights-area industrial services company.
- Promptly and cheerfully answer, screen and appropriately route incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages when necessary; assist callers with general information and inquiries
- Produce various reports, memos and correspondence; assist in mailing invoices as required; and enter bills and new jobs into QuickBooks; maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets
- Assist other departments as directed by supervisor
- Order office supplies; keep vending machine stocked
- Assist with miscellaneous errands, including picking up carry-out for daily lunch order
- Receive, sign for, and distribute incoming packages
Monday through Friday hours are 8am-5pm.
