Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Montrose, Houston, TX, $75-90K
Well established architectural firm located in the Montrose area in search of an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing company finances (accounts payable and receivable, expenses, sales tax filing, etc.)
- Coordinating with third party service for HR, payroll and employee benefits
- Troubleshooting for IT and computer hardware issues, with support of offsite IT team
- Managing daily office operations, including print tracking, mail, subscriptions, and insurance
- Overseeing receptionist and coordination with administrative and leadership teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience managing a small office, including basic bookkeeping / QuickBooks tasks
- Tech savvy; confidence in coordinating IT solutions, including procurement, setting up hardware, troubleshooting, and interfacing with offsite IT service
- Licensed notary public in state of Texas (or willingness to become commissioned)
- Comfortable working in an open office concept
