Small well-established energy services firm located in the Galleria area in search of an Office Manager with Payroll/Paychex + Flex Program experience (19 employees). Must also have bookkeeping experience (Sage preferred).
The Office Manager works closely with a project/cost accounting professional and an AP/AR professional.
Additional duties include managing incoming/outgoing mail, inventory of office supplies and equipment services, and providing project assistance as needed with record keeping, subcontractor/master service agreements, insurance certifications and other OSHA requirements. Preparing/binding presentations (hard copy and electronic), resource data spreadsheets, and preparing correspondence for executives and managers.
Work hours are 8:30-5:00, M-F.
