Part-time Admin, maternity leave

Casual, fun, fast-paced non-profit organization seeks Temporary Admin Assistant to cover a maternity leave – work schedule is 5 hours per day Monday-Thursday (total of 20 hours/week). Duration of assignment is Monday, 8/19/19, through Thursday, 10/31/19.
Role serves as assistant to a Director and Executive Director and requires:
- Well-versed in Outlook to manage multiple calendars
- Ability to track and maintain a list of potential donors/contacts for Executive Director to follow up with hand-written thank you cards.
- Contact/follow up and interface with the Board: heavy calendaring and meeting requests; assist with Board members with season ticket holder requests
- Open and sort mail – standard admin duties
Part-time position offers flexible Monday-Thursday work schedule of 5 hours per day (20 hours/week).
