Part-time temp opportunity supports the HR department of a downtown energy client. Role requires someone well-versed in customizing Performance and Goal Management module of ADP Workforce Now. Previous experience administering annual performance reviews required, as well as setting up the Performance Dashboard, workflow management, reminders & notifications, preferred distribution of performance ratings, etc. Experience with mass loads of data via EOBs is desired.
Flexible schedule includes choice of working part-time Monday-Friday or 3 weekdays. Position works remotely through the end of the year (possibly longer); duration of assignment is to be determined.
