Now hiring Temp-to-Hire Front Office Admin! Well-established downtown financial services firm seeks service-oriented professional who enjoys greeting guests and taking ownership of the front office. Ideal role for a seasoned admin seeking an opportunity to scale back from high volume activity supporting fast-paced executives, or an experienced administrative professional returning to the workforce.
- Managing and updating calendar for conference rooms,
- Organizing the conference rooms and anticipating needs,
- Assisting with refreshments/food and beverages for meetings
- Notifying appropriate parties of any changes,
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls on the company’s main line,
- Distributing mail and accepting deliveries
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed and providing back-up administrative support
- 10+ years’ corporate office experience required
- Warm, gracious and welcoming disposition
- Proactive, ability to anticipate needs
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Company policy requires employees are fully vaccinated
