Receptionist / Front Office Administrator

Dynamic corporate office in the Galleria area is seeking a Receptionist / Front Office Administrator to join a growing team. This newly created position reports to HR and serves as a key resource for employees, guests, and leadership.

Front Desk Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and business partners
- Greet guests and create a welcoming, professional office environment
- Manage the main phone line and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain an organized and polished reception area
Office Operations & Administrative Support
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Coordinate outgoing shipments through FedEx and USPS
- Monitor and restock office supplies, snacks, and beverages
- Assist with conference room setup and shared workspace organization
- Coordinate weekly employee lunch orders
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and leadership team
- Assist with special projects and growing office operations as needed
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of receptionist, administrative, hospitality, customer service, or office support experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Position works fully onsite M-F, 8:30am - 5pm. Upscale work environment, comprehensive benefits package, lunch provided twice weekly, paid parking, annual bonus opportunity.
