Receptionist/Front Office Admin, temporary
Downtown Houston, TX, $16-18+/hr DOE
Small, downtown financial services firm seeks Receptionist/Front Office Admin Temp; duration of the assignment is 10/28/19 through 12/31/19. Position is temp only while internal staff covers a maternity leave. Role reports to the CAO, based in New York; tasks include and are not limited to:
- greeting clients, preparing conference rooms and maintaining front office
- answering incoming calls - phones are not heavy; however, will answer, transfer and announce all calls for the CEO.
- providing general office assistant duties such as stocking and ordering supplies
Monday-Friday hours are 8am-5pm.
