Downtown energy firm seeks Temporary Recruitment Coordinator for a project beginning early July through November. Role provides general administrative support to Talent Acquisition Manager and responsibilities include assisting with scheduling candidate interviews; greeting candidates for interviews; handling logistics, including ordering catering, coordinating with schools, etc. for campus recruiting and intern events; invoicing, tracking budget expenses and purchase order coordination; and scheduling meetings.
Monday – Friday hours are 8am-5pm.
