Great junior level opportunity at corporate headquarters of a North Houston industrial sales and services company. Immediate opening for Temp-to-Hire Inventory Admin Assistant is due to relocation. Position offers cross-training with talented team members (group of 4) who have successfully executed duties for years.

The role requires a highly detailed and team-oriented professional to oversee the inventory of machines and attachments, as well as assist with machine specifications and stocking levels. Primarily responsible for ordering new machines and attachments from supplier and other vendors for Texas and Louisiana locations.

Duties:

• Create machine and attachment stock numbers using the CDK program
• Organize and file related paperwork
• Work with senior management on machine specs and stocking levels
• Assist various locations with inventory inquiries
• Assist corporate HQ with inventory-related issues
• Assist with periodic supplier audits
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of similar experience in a corporate setting
• Basic accounting skills required
• Must be a team player and willing to take on new challenges
• CDK program skills is preferred
