Executive Assistant
Downtown Houston, TX, $80-85K
Well-established private equity firm located in downtown Houston in search of an Executive Assistant to work in tandem with another EA in support of a busy Managing Director and team of 15 professionals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the team.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
- Schedule departmental meetings and assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials, if needed.
- Maintain various records and documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team; financial services and/or energy industry experience preferred.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills; excellent organization and time-management skills.
