Executive Assistant, temp-to-hire
Downtown Houston, TX, $35-40/hourly
Downtown Houston office of a global firm in search of a project-oriented Executive Assistant (temp-to-hire) to support a busy, fast-paced Partner.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating calls, extensive meeting schedules, itineraries and travel arrangements involving multiple parties
- Creating, transcribing, editing, proofreading, and formatting client presentations and general correspondence
- Booking conference spaces and managing all ground and air travel logistics
- Managing the Partner's billing process (expense report processing, client invoicing, tracking receivables)
- Updating and maintaining contacts in database
- Hosting clients and visitors, acting as point of contact in coordinating logistics prior to and throughout their office visit
Requirements:
- 5-10 years' administrative support experience, ideally in a fast-paced office environment (i.e., professional services, management consulting, investment banking, etc.)
- Strong grammar and proofreading skills
- Expert level skills in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- College degree strongly preferred
Hybrid work schedule of 2 days in office per week (Tuesday and Wednesday). Work hours are 8:30am - 5pm.
