Executive Assistant - Partner, MD & CFO

Private equity firm located in downtown Houston seeks proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant for a newly created position. Role works on a small, dynamic and engaging team, primarily supporting up to two Partners, a Managing Director, and the CFO.

Duties include
- Managing complex calendars for Partners, Managing Director, and CFO
- Drafting and managing correspondence, including engagement letters, memos, invoices and reports
- Coordinating logistics for internal and external meeting, including conference room scheduling and catering
- Assist with the planning and execution of team events, offsites, happy hours or professional development activities
- Coordinating domestic travel arrangements for a Parter and MD, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, etc.
- Preparing and processing expense reports using Concur; tracking and reconciling expenses
- Supporting day-to-day operations including shipping FedEx, ordering lunches and general coordination
- Provide light personal assistant support (5-10%)
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years supporting senior level executives in a fast-paced environment
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Highly organized, detailed and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Concur and Salesforce preferred
Business casual office. Fully onsite Monday – Friday work schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with minimal after-hours demands. Bonus eligible role offers medical benefits, paid parking (or bus pass), vacation and paid holidays.
