Executive Assistant to VP
Memorial City | Houston, TX, $85-95K
Well-established corporate client located in the Spring Branch / Memorial City area in search of an Executive Assistant to support a busy and dynamic Vice-President who manages a large team across the country.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain VP’s calendar
- Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings and events; attend meetings with VP to take notes and develop action items
- Manage VP’s travel and expenses
- Prepare and provide documents, reports, and other information for the VP
- Screen mail and email messages for priority
- Set meetings, develop agendas, and coordinate schedules, logistics, and refreshments when appropriate.
- Coordinate weekly staff meeting and prepare minutes for review
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Board of Directors
- Assist other Executive Assistants as needs arise
Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- 5+ years’ senior management or executive office support experience
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Polished, professional, and articulate; able to easily interact appropriately and efficiently with senior management and various executives
- Ability to support a fast-paced executive with tact and professionalism
- Highly organized and proactive
- Able to work occasional overtime (paid)
Work schedule is currently hybrid (Tuesday through Thursday in-office). *Please note the work schedule may change in the near future to mandate 4 or 5 days in the office.* Annual bonus opportunity is offered along with paid overtime and an excellent, comprehensive benefits package.
