HR Generalist
Downtown Houston, TX, $85-100K
Well-established downtown Houston client in search of an HR Generalist to assist the HR Director with human capital objectives to support the firm's fast growth trajectory.
Responsibilities will include:
- Design effective and efficient human capital management policies and procedures.
- Lead benefits, compliance, and payroll related activities.
- Assist with annual compensation activities.
- Facilitate the pre-hire and onboarding process.
- Assist with employee and labor relations.
- Coordinate the recruitment process.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of learning and development objectives.
- Facilitate the performance management process.
- Provide premium day-to-day HR operational support that is timely, reliable, dependable and accurate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master's in HR preferred.
- 5-10 years of HR related experience in a corporate work environment; broad knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience in professional services, financial services, and/or energy industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and a proven ability to work across diverse backgrounds.
- High energy and strong professional presence.

- Exceptional time-management, planning and administrative skills.

Work schedule is fully in-office, M-F. Paid parking, exceptional benefits package, and generous annual bonus offered.
