HR Generalist
Downtown Houston, TX, $85-100K
Well-established downtown Houston financial services firm in search of an HR Generalist to assist the HR Director with human capital objectives to support the firm's fast growth trajectory.
Responsibilities will include:
- Design effective and efficient human capital management policies and procedures.
- Lead benefits, compliance, and payroll related activities.
- Assist with annual compensation activities.
- Facilitate the pre-hire and onboarding process.
- Assist with employee and labor relations.
- Coordinate the recruitment process.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of learning and development objectives.
- Facilitate the performance management process.
- Provide premium day-to-day HR operational support that is timely, reliable, dependable and accurate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Masters in HR preferred.
- 2 to 7 years of HR related experience; broad knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience in professional services, financial services, and/or energy industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and a proven ability to work across diverse backgrounds.
- High energy and strong professional presence.

- Exceptional time-management, planning and administrative skills.

Work schedule is fully in-office, M-F. Paid parking, exceptional benefits package, and generous annual bonus offered.
